This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mrm88 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mrm88 platform — including the website, mobile app, or any related services — you expressly agree to comply with all provisions set out in this document.

These terms apply to all platform users regardless of how they access it — whether via web browser, app, or mobile device. Continued use of the mrm88 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Is a Malaysian citizen or valid permanent resident
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2. No active fraud investigation on the account
3. The bonus rollover requirements (if applicable) have been fully met
4. Withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set

• Use of bots or automated software — Any tools that automate betting

• Account sharing — Allowing another person to use your account

A. Closure by Member (Voluntary):

B. Closure by MRM88 (Enforced):
MRM88 reserves the right to close accounts for the following reasons:

• Repeated withdrawal requests without sufficient gaming activity
• Systematic bonus abuse

Members whose accounts have been closed due to violations are not eligible to re-register and may be permanently banned from the MRM88 platform.

• Unauthorised account access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their password
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers (game suppliers, payment gateways)

Under no circumstances shall mrm88's maximum liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Mrm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via:
